Current or previous veterinary clinicDr. McKenna sees patients by scheduled appointment only during regular business hours based on location and availability. Though we do our best to schedule urgent exams for our existing clients, this is not an emergency service due to the nature and territory covered. We ask our clients to become familiar with the two 24 hr emergency clinics here in Santa Barbara: AVS and VCA Care Hospitals. Though we do our best to make every pet comfortable in our environment, we do reserve the right to decline a physical exam (or any service) of an animal that nips bites or shows outward aggression. If Dr McKenna or staff determine that it is unsafe to interact with your pet, all charges will still apply. We do reserve the right to keep our safety a priority and refuse service to anyone. Medical records are required prior to setting an appointment with Coastal Mobile Veterinary Please contact your current/previous veterinarian directly to authorize/release and email medical records directly from veterinary clinics and ERs to info@coastalmobilevet.com Requests are waitlisted until medical records are received IMPORTANT: records must come directly from veterinary clinics. Owners must contact their current/previous veterinary clinics directly to authorize release Invoices from previous visits are not medical records Note: Dr. McKenna does not accept patients with a history of aggression or in need of sedation for exams & reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion CAPTCHA
